Delete your account

Looksi is made by Novato Labs Ltd. You can delete your Looksi account at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it. Deleting your account permanently removes your photos, your model, and every image Looksi generated for you. It cannot be undone.

1. DELETE FROM INSIDE THE APP

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open Looksi and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

If you use Looksi on the web, the same option is under Settings, Account there too.

2. DELETE BY EMAIL

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, email privacy@novatohq.com with the subject line Delete my Looksi account. Send it from the email address you used to sign in, so we can confirm the account is yours before we delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership if the request comes from a different address.

We will delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

3. IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google manage those, and only you can cancel them, from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. To stop you being billed for an account that no longer exists, the app will ask you to cancel first and will not delete the account while the subscription is still due to renew. Once it is cancelled, you can delete the account right away; you do not have to wait for the paid period to end.

4. WHAT IS DELETED

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and profile, including your name, email address, and sign-in details.
  • Every photo you uploaded, including the face and body photos used to build your model.
  • Your model and every try-on and outfit image Looksi generated for you.
  • Your scans, wishlist, closet, outfits, and preferences.
  • Your notification settings and device push tokens.
  • Your analytics profile with our analytics provider.
  • If you signed in with Apple, the sign-in link between Looksi and your Apple ID, so Looksi no longer appears in your Apple ID settings.

Your images are removed from our storage as part of the same deletion. We do not keep them in an archive, and we do not use them to train AI models.

5. WHAT MAY BE KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG

  • Purchase records. Apple and Google keep their own records of anything you bought, under their own policies, and so does RevenueCat, the service that processes subscriptions for us. Those records contain the transaction, not your photos or images. We do not keep a copy ourselves once the account is gone.
  • Emails you sent us. If you contacted support or privacy, we keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed to resolve the request and to show that we handled it.
  • Content reports. If you reported a generated image as harmful, the report itself is kept so we can act on it. The image it referred to is deleted with your account.
  • Backups. Deleted data can survive in our backups for a short period until those backups are overwritten. It is not restored or used in the meantime.

6. DELETING SOME DATA WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove an image. Any photo, model, try-on, or outfit can be deleted individually from inside the app, and deleting it removes it from our storage.
